Technically the book is to take you step by step from the moment one meets his/her potential lover until the moment they fall in love. Interestingly enough, at the end of each chapter there is a summary in few paragraphs, totaling up to 85 summaries altogether. This particularly helped to keep track of many good advices the book had to make. The book itself was written in a way to accommodate for both genders looking to find Mr/Miss Right, so everyone can pick a few tips here and there.
Personally, I think this book is very vibrant and interesting to follow. It also had a very realistic view over the subject matter as oppose to what I had thought initially. One very appealing feature of the book is that it talks a lot about compromising and putting it into perspective. So whether you are looking to find a lover or you are already in a relationship, this is a good read for both partners to polish some of the rough edges.

2009 in Sabah. Was walking around in Borders and they were selling 3 of her books for the price of 2.
